Hi! I’m Natalie - owner of N2 Marketing Communications.

I have been working as Marketing Manager for the past (nearly) 15 years, and whilst that makes me feel a little old, this time has given me a complete stack of marketing experience. I now work with businesses across their commercial operations to sort out the sh**t and start smashing sales.

I started in the corporate world in Life Sciences, working on very technical products in a highly regulated environment - which meant we had to get creative! There are only so many ways you can sell a test tube with clear liquid in it…

In 2024 I was made redundant. With 1 young son and another on the way I didn’t want to go back to the Cambridge commute, so I took the leap and decided to shift the work-life balance back towards the “life” side.

After a few months of finding my feet, some confidence - and a lot of local networking - I found my lane. Helping small businesses (even better if they’re women-led!). It doesn’t matter if you’re a solopreneur, a creative, a seed Startup or established SME. I just like working with people who are driven to make a difference in their own lives, and I love helping them get there.

I now work pretty much full-time as a freelancer and juggle mum life with 2 boys. My second-born is already a seasoned networker and business partner at just a year old! You’ll likely find me in an independent coffee shop “working” aka having a good old chat with anyone who’ll listen!
